park slope triplex townhouse

Expertly planned and skillfully executed in phases, this extra deep, three-story brownstone demanded agility in production to accommodate the needs of a family of five, who resided on-site throughout the renovation.

The original layout confined each room into cramped, separate spaces. Extensive structural modifications were undertaken to create an open and expansive environment.

Given the mother's penchant for antiques and an extensive collection of furniture and fixtures, special attention was paid to seamlessly integrate these cherished pieces into their new home.
