park slope roof addition

This comprehensive, two-story townhome project entailed renovations spanning from the facade to the interior and extending to the back deck, culminating in the addition of an entire floor complete with a roof deck.

Zoning constraints were deftly navigated with a cleverly designed sloped wall on the new floor, optimizing the available space, as well as a staircase descending from the roof deck to the main floor, crafted to channel natural light deep into the home.
